You know when I was a kid growing up in La Paz I don't remember seeing any squirrels and I had never ever thought about that until now that you asked. I've also never seen any in Cochabamba or Santa Cruz.
I've never seen a groundhog either but then, I've never actually seen a real one anywhere. I am now just as curious to know as you are LOL.
Did this question come up because it's Groundhog Day in the United States? ;-)
