Can Mechanical Engineer work as a Math teacher in school?

Does anybody know about Bolivian rules, if Mechanical Engineer wants to work as Math teacher in Bolivian schools? Do I need some extra exams to pass? What about language, how good my Spanish has to be? Could I work in English or American school for the start?

American school in Cochabamba

There is an American school in Cochabamba but, unlike Bolivian schools, it runs on the American schoolyear (August to June).

Thank you so much for your reply. I am 31 year old female. I have Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering for Shipbuilding and last 4 years I have been working on ship designs in Norway. When I was on my studies I was giving private lessons in Mathematics and I loved it. I would like to move to Cochabamba in autumn. So, first I would take intensive course in Spanish. I understand school starts in February. I think, the best for me would be to teach in English or American school, at least until I got comfortable using Spanish. Can you give me some guidance? Thank you in advance.

Where is your location?
There are several places you can begin with.
Where did you go to College/University?
How old are you
When do you want to begin?
Do you have any specialty in mechanical carrier?
Your Spanish doesn't have to be perfect but pretty understandable, over there they only know Spanish but they also take English a second language.
Please contact me, we can talk about it.
