Can I get a visa arriving in the middle of the night?

Hi, I am flying into Santa Cruz around 1 am and wondering if it will be a problem getting a visa (I am a U.S citizen) that late. thank you.

The immigration officers have to be there any time a flight arrives, no matter what time it is. They will be there.
