President Morales: Recently I had introduced a Bolivia Postage Design of Robin Williams to the Bolivia Postal Administration. Now, I have created a California State Commemorative Postage Design in honor of one of the "Greatest Comedian" of the 21 Century. The colors of my rendition of Robin Williams on a California State Postage Design represents the following, the color blue represents Robin Williams who had contributed greatly of himself and to the "World" from "Happy Feet Two" to "Peter Pan" which is imbedded in our memory of Robin Williams that will last for Generations to come. The color pink represents his outstanding performance in "Happy Feet Two", and "Peter Pan". The color black represents Robin Williams ability to go solo on stage bringing laughter to millions around the World.

Therefore, I have created a California State Commemorative Postage of Robin Williams, Argentina Postage Design of Robin Williams, Hungarian Postage Design of Robin Williams, and finally, recreation of the Bolivia Postage Design of Robin Williams, and have forwarded them to the Postmaster General of each Country for consideration of honoring the late Robin Williams for his outstanding contribution as a "Comedian and Actor".

Respectfully,

Rex Davenport
