Buying realestate in Bolivia

Hello, I am interested in real estate approx 5-10 acres for a small orchard and garden and perhaps a few head of cattle, few hives of bees, in essence freeing my self from the need to daily go to the store and get groceries. I am a bit concerned about the politics on the country, and have heard about the land confiscations, mind you, am fully aware this deals with large tracts of land something I am not talking about, but still concerns me a bit.
