Buganvillas Hotel Suites and Spa is the largest luxury resort-style hotel in

and one of the largest in Latin America. I lived and worked at Buganvillas.
I was this hotel's Marketing Coordinator in
Santa Cruz
for a little over a year while it was still being built and through its inauguration and have since seen the hotel bloom into a spectacular compound with friendly, well-trained staff and superb service. It truly exemplifies the city’s slogan “Hospitality is the Law in Santa Cruz”.
The hotel is a spectacular place to spend your vacation. All 116 suites are complete 1, 2, 3 or 4-bedroom apartments with fully-equipped kitchens (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave), living rooms, dining rooms, laundry rooms, and maid’s quarters. All suites have cable TV, stereo equipment, air conditioning/heating, and phone/internet connections. On-site security makes living or lodging in this gated community safe and comfortable and is ideal for families and/or large groups.
The hotel features 3 sparkling pools with jacuzzis, dry and steam saunas, a luxury spa and salon, small supermarket, indoor and patio restaurants, bar and poolbar, large and small conference rooms, a work-out gym, tennis and beach volleyball courts, running track and regulation-sized soccer field, children’s playground, barbeque and picnic area, and luxurious tropical gardens. Event planning and catering are superb at this world-class resort. Special business, academic, romantic getaway, and honeymoon packages are available and the staff can help you plan trips to

Buganvillas is located on the western side of the city of Santa Cruz, just 5 minutes from downtown and within 10 minutes of
restaurants,entertainment
spots, nightlife, museums, movie theaters, and two of the city’s best
hospitals.
It is also near the Las Palmas Country Club, the Tennis Club, and the Raquet Club, 3 of the city’s exclusive member’s-only clubs, and several of the city’s best private
schools.
Buganvillas Hotel Suites and Spa is also located next to Fexpocruz, an annual international
business
exchange and expo that attracts several hundred thousand visitors to the city of Santa Cruz for this 10-day expo in September of each year.
