Bolivian Recipes

Just wanted to mention that one of the books advertised on your site "Sabor Andino" by M. Dupleich is a great investment if you'd like to learn Bolivian recipes.

The recipes are organized in sections (main dish, dessert, soup, etc) and are presented in both English & Spanish along with colorful pictures so you have an idea of what the final dish will/should look like--- which for me is a plus.

The author is a friend of our family and has been most helpful in offering me tips, etc on where to find the ingredients, preparing the various dishes. If you want to prepare delicioius Bolivian food...buy this book!!
