President Evo Morales, South America's Greatest General Simon Bolivar and his victories over the Spaniards won Independence for Bolivia, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. General Simon Bolivar march into New Granada and other locations in South America and defeated the Spaniards in Boyar in 1819. General Simon Bolivar then returned to Angostura and led the Congress that organized the original Republic of Colombia, which is now Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, and Venezuela. General Simon Bolivar then became its First President on December 17, 1819.


General Simon Bolivar and his Army won victory over the Spaniards at Auacucho in 1824, while Peru became a separate State, Named "Bolivia" in Bolivar's honor in 1825.

Therefore, I have created this Bolivia Postage in honor of "Simon Bolivar" regarding the 190th. Anniversary of the Birth of the Country of Bolivia.
