Bolivia Atacama Desert Postage by US Postage Designer Rex Davenport

President Evo Morales, I have recently created a Bolivia Postage of Atacama Desert which occupies 40,600 square miles and composed mostly of salt basins, sand, and felsic lava which flows towards the Andes and the average rainfall in Bolivia's Atacama Desert is just 1 millimetre per year and may not have had any significant rainfall from 1570 to 1971. Bolivia's Atacama Desert surroundings have been used as a filming location for Mars scenes, and most notably in the television series the Space Odyssey Voyage to the Planets. Therefore I have created this Bolivia Postage of the Atacama Desert for the President of Bolivia, and the People of Bolivia.
