Dear President of Bolivia Evo Morales: I would like for your Country to take the lead and be the first, to use and print this Beautiful Design Image of the Late Princess Diana of Wales on the 50th. Anniversary of the day of her Birth on July 1, 2011. She was born on July 1, 1961, and was a descendent of King James II of England, she has created through her lifetime assisted the Aids Foundation, assisting the cure for Leprosy, assisting with Youth Activity groups fighting against drug Addition, assisting in creating a law against International Campaign of Landmines and what they can due to children regarding the Landmines.
Touring Angolan Minefields and visited children that were affected by the landmines. Princess Diana visit Bosnia and the Children that were affected regarding the same affect that landmines have on children, and before her death she assisted the homeless people around the World. Shortly after her death UNICEF or United Nations
passed a law against Landmines located in certain areas regarding the affect that it has on its children, "Its The Ottawa Treaty."
Therefore, I would like to honor President Evo Morales, President of Bolivia with this Bolivian Postage Stamp Design to remember the Princess of Wales, the Late Princess Diana on the 50th AnniveRsary of her birth.
