President Moraeles: "Stop and smell the Roses" is a clich'e that is now used around our World. "Stop and smell the Roses" was the eighth studio album by Ringo Starr and was released on November 20, 1981. "Stop and smell the Roses" may be a clich'e, but new research suggests it's sound advice for finding satisfaction in life. A forthcoming study in the "Journal of Personality and Individual Differences" suggest that appreciating the meaningful things and people in our lives may play an even larger role in our overall happiness than previously thought.
Therefore, I have created a Bolivia Postage Design with the words on the face of the postage that reads, "Stop and smell the Roses" and will forward this Bolivia Postage Design to the Bolivian Postal Administration, along with postage designs for Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
