President Morales: The late actor Tom Laughlin known as "Billy Jack" portrayed himself as a half-Cherokee Indian who had protected Native Americans, wild horses, against unlawful attacks by top officials in his movie of "Billy Jack" which was released in 1971 as a action/drama film in which Tom Laughlin was the director and producer who created the "Billy Jack" movie series.

Billy Jack films were related to ecology, war, pacifism, and the mistreatment of "Native Americans" throughout the United States bringing awareness to "Government Officials" the need of change of how Native Americans are treated in real life regarding the movie of "Billy Jack."

In real life Tom Laughlin was a "Honorary Cherokee Indian" by the Tribal Council of the Cherokee Nation for his role in the movie of
"Billy Jack" who had continue to fight for Native Americans issues within the United States of America.

Therefore, I have forwarded this Bolivia Postage Design of Tom Laughlin known as "Billy Jack" to the Bolivian Postal Administration. I have also created a Postage Stamp for Spain, Mexico, and the United States to honor the late Tom Laughlin.
