President Morales; The Illimani Mountain is the Second to the Highest Mountain in the Cordillera Real (part of the Cordillera Oriental, a sub range of the Andes) of west Bolivia. It lies just south of La Paz at the Eastern edge of Atiplano. Nevado Sajama Mountain is the "Highest Peak Mountain" in the Country of Bolivia.
On Illimani Mountain the snow lies at (15,000ft) above sea level and the glaciers are found on the (North Face) at (16,350ft) and the Mountain has (Four Main Peaks) and is visible from the City of La Paz. The Illimani Mountain has been the subject of many local songs throughout the Country of Bolivia.
Therefore, I have depicted this "Bolivia Postage Design of the Illimani Mountain" by using the color's of the flag of the Country of Bolivia in order to honor the President of Bolivia, and the People of Bolivia.
