President Morales; The "Flying Steamer Duck", is the most widespread steamer duck throughout Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, and South America. All of the four species occur in South America. The common name known as, "Steamer Ducks" derives because when swimming fast, they flap their wings into the water as well as using their feet, creating an effect like a paddle steamer, and creating mist in the air while flapping their wings.

The translation of "Flying Steamer Duck" from English to Spanish is called, "Flying Duck Vapor."

Therefore, I have created a Bolivia Postage Design of the "Flying Duck Vapor" for the People of Bolivia and the Bolivian Government Postal Administration. I have also created a "Flying Duck Vapor" Postage Stamp for the Countries of Spain, Argentina, and Mexico.
