I have created a Bolivia Postage Design of Pablo Ruiz Picasso for President Evo Morales of Bolivia and for the People of Bolivia.

Pablo Diego Jose Franciso de Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santisima Trinidad Ruiz y Picasso; known
as Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born on October 25, 1881 and was a well known Spanish Painter and Sculptor who had lived his adult life in
France. He is best known for founding the Cubist Movement and for his wide range of variety of styles embodied in his works are Proto-
Cubist-les Demoiselles d' Avignon (1907) and Guemica (1937), his portrayal of the German bombing of Guernica during the Spannish
Civil War- Picasso demonstrated artistic talent in his early years, painting a realistic manner through his childhood; and during the first decade of the 20th. Century his style changed as Picasso experimented with different theories, techiniques, and ideas.

Pablo Picasso is best known figures in the 20th. Century, Pablo Picasso had passed away on April 8, 1973. Therefore, I have created this realistic image design of the Late Pablo Picasso
on a Bolivian Postage design for the Government of Bolivia.

Respectfully yours,
