President Evo Morales, On March 1, 1961 President Kennedy signed in to law Executive Order establishing the Peace Corps, and on September 22, 1961 Congress approved the legislation that formally authorized the Peace Corps with the United States. The Peace Corps main focus is helping people of interested countries and areas to meet their needs and help promote a better understanding of peoples of other Nations.

Since then more than 130 countries around the World has reached out for assistance from the Peace Corps. Therefore I have created this Bolivia Postage design with the image of President John F. Kennedy in the center of this Bolivia Postage and will submit this design to the Bolivian Postal Administration regarding the 50th. Anniversary of the Peace Corps on September 22, 2011.
