President Evo Morales Phonograph records were the primary medium used for music for most of the 20th. Century. In February of 1949 RCA Victor Company had demonstrated the first (45 LP 7 Inch Record) which was played on a 45 record player in United States History after World War II. And it was RCA Victor record Company which was the first to release the 45 LP record in response from Columbia Record Company. Now Six Generation's later the(45 LP record)is still being used around our World. Therefore I have created this Bolivia Postage Design wich reads," Seven iches from your Heart" which is referred to the (45 LP 7 inch record)in which Millions of people around our World had purchased the famous 45 LP record and have played their favorite music from the Heart. I will be submitting a Canadian Postage, Mexican Postage, and United States Postage of "From The Heart" to the United States Postmaster General regarding the upcoming 65th. Anniversary of RCA Victor 45 LP record.
