Bolivia Centennial Postage of the Titanic by US Postage Designer Rex Davenport
President Evo Morales, the largest passenger steamship in the World, the Olympic-class RMS Titanic was owned by White Star line and constructed at Harland and Wolff Shipyard in Belfast, Ireland. The RMS Titanic was a passenger liner that struck an iceberg on her maiden voyage from Southhampton, England to New York City and sank on April 14, 1912, resulting in deaths of 1,517 people in one of the deadliest peace time maritime disasters in History.
Therefore in remembrance of these who had passed away during the worst maritime disasters a Centennial ago, I have created a Bolivian Centennial Postage of the Titanic RMS for your viewers. I will be submitting these designs to the Bolivian Postal Administration for consideration as a Bolivian Stamp for the Country of Bolivia.
Also a Movie was made regarding this disaster of the Titanic by Director James Cameron.
