Bilingual Residency Lawyer in Cochabamba?

Does anyone know of a good lawyer in Cochabamba who helps expats get their residency? I'm not really interested in a "tramitador", I'd rather contact a real lawyer. Really need one who is super well recommended, honest and trustworthy, not too expensive, and has already worked with foreigners on residency issues. Bilingual would be definite plus. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
