Baked goods?

We are having a cultural fair at our school complete with stands to sell foods from various cultures. Our class is focusing on Bolivia and we need to sell something sweet. What are simple sweets, candies, pastries, other baked goods, etc. that could be sold at a fair?

Manjablanco (Cooked Caramelized Milk)

Helado de Canela (Frozen Cinnamon Sorbet)
