Are there nice house to buy in Santa Cruz - Bolivia?

I am moving to Bolivia and want to spend the rest of my life there. I traveled to Bolivia about 1o years ago and fell in love with the country and the people, I have never meet such kind hearted humans in all my life. I have some money saved up and I want to know if there are any nice houses in Santa Cruz? if there is anyone out there that is reading this and has some contact info with a good real estate or a owner that is selling his or her house please let me know, thank you! and thank you Bella for the space!
