The ArBolivia Project, which is working with hundreds of families across the Bolivian Tropics, has achieved accreditation under the Plan Vivo standard.
The standard is given to forestry projects which not delivers carbon credits but also provides clear benefits for local communities and has positive benefits for biodiversity.
ArBolivia is now able to sell carbon credits (Voluntary Emissions Reductions) to help fund its invaluable work with these communities, helping to arrest deforestation, protect biodiversity and improve the lives of thousands of Bolivians.
