President Evo Morales America and the world is grieving the loss souls of 27 people in this small town of Newtown, Connecticut. America gathered to mourn those killed today when a man killed his mother at their home and then opened fired inside the elementary school were she had taught and then massacring 26 people including 20 children sending youngsters cowered in fear to the sound of gunshots reverberating throughout the building and screams echoing over the intercom. America is very sadden due to the loss of life not only to the mothers, and fathers of this great tragedy but to the sons, daughters, brothers and sisters.

Therefore, I have created this American US Postage Design to honor the victims, on the lower left the American Flag is showing 27 stars that are missing from the American flag that represents the 27 victims that had lost their lives, the color white represents that beautiful clear day, the color black represents evil that had taken the life of so many people, and the color yellow represents that they are all standing in God's glory. I will be submitting this design postage stamp to the United States Postmaster General for consideration to honor the victims of this great tragedy in America.
