adoption when resident in Bolivia

Hi. We're wondering about adoption as UK citizens resident in Bolivia. Does anyone know if a homestudy conducted in our own country (UK) would be accepted by the Bolivian authorities as part of the adoption process or whether you need to have a homestudy equivalent conducted in Bolivia itself? This is obviously in order to make a national, not an international adoption, as you cannot adopt from Bolivia to the UK at the moment.
