Absentee property owner

What I tried to tell you in your last message was that you should contact Rick Jackson and his wife Terry - there's a contact form and all their info on a page I made for them here www.boliviabella.com/real-estate-agents.html
They're totally bilingual because Rick is American and Terry is Bolivian. They know the Santa Cruz real estate market super well.
Please also feel free to post a classified through my expat website www.gosouthexpat.com/classifieds.html I let expats use it free - but not companies trying to sell stuff - but you qualify so just go ahead and post an ad and I'll approve it and send it on through my blog and twitter too if you like.
