President Morales: The National Congress of America Indians within the United States of America in 1944 was invoking the divine blessing's of the creator upon the Acjachemen Nation for the purposes in order to preserve for the Acjachemen Nation and their descendants for the future the inherent sovereign rights to secure Indian treaties, and the sovereign rights of the other Native American Indian(s)Nations treaties and agreements within the United States. Also including rights and benefits to which the Acjachemen Nation is entitled under the laws and Constitution of the United States of America.

Therefore, US Postage Designer Rex Davenport have created and contribute this recent 70th. Anniversary of the Sovereign Rights of the Acjachemen Nation, in which the color's of yellow represents the Sun along the California Coastline, the color blue represents the California ocean Coastline, the white represents the divine blessing's from our Creator, and finally, the color fuchsia which represents "PEACE" upon all Tribal and non-Tribal Nations on "Mother Earth."
