2012 Diversity Visa Lottery

Hi there. I wonder if anyone in Santa Cruz know how to complete the electronic diversity visa entry form for the year 2012.

I've submitted the entry form for the last two years and I've never been notified. I'm starting to think I've filled in the forms in the wrong way.

I'm looking for someone in town who can help me fill in the form for free.

I'm a bolivian citizen.

I'll appreciate if there is someone who can help me complete the lottery entry form, once again, for free.
