180th. Anniversary Honoring General Simon Bolivar-US Postage Designer Rex Davenport

President Evo Morales on December 17, 1830, was the passing of a Great General and President of Bolivia, General Simon Bolivar who

was born on July 24, 1783, who had triumph over Spanish Monarchy,
particapted in the foundation of the first Union of Independant Nations in Latin America. General Simon Bolivar was a Hero, Visionary, Revolutionary, and Liberator, who had led his people thru victory over Colombia,Ecuador,Panama,Boliva, and Venezuela to Independence.

Therefore, I have created this Bolivia Postage honoring this Great
Visionary General with the Colors of the Bolivian Flag, red, yellow, and Green, with the words-180th. Anniversary of the passing of Simon Bolivar on December 17, 2010, with the image of the bell representing
the sound of Liberty throughout the land.

Respectfully yours,
